Project management for teams of people and agents
CoAgentic Teams is where a product's people and its agents share the work: what needs doing, who owns it, what was decided, and what changed. Agents propose and do the work; people review and approve it.
People decide
Agents say what they plan to do and wait for a person's OK before they change anything. People set the work, approve it, and correct it. Nothing ships on an agent's say-so alone.
One workspace per product
Each product has its own workspace: tasks, threads, team notes, docs and a brand kit, plus links to the repos where the work gets made.
Everything is a file, every change is a commit
The workspace is a git repo of plain Markdown files. Each edit is a commit with a name on it, person or agent, so there's a full history of who changed what and when.
Agents are team members
Tasks can be owned by an agent. An agent checks for its tasks when a session starts, reports back in the task, and records what it committed.
Private where it should be
Each person's own notes and memory are private to them. Agents' memory is open to the team, so anyone can see what an agent knows. Some folders can be limited to owners.
